Pinball Brothers has been teasing its upcoming third title for the past week or so. Scheduled to be revealed in April, the Company's next game has been rumored to be based on the Swedish pop band ABBA for quite some time.
One of the images associated with the band is a helicopter, which was featured on its fourth studio album "Arrival" in 1976. This afternoon Pinball Brothers shared a video on its Facebook page that shows off what appears to be a very intricate helicopter physical ball lock from its upcoming game. Below are the video and a couple of screenshots of the mech in action.
I can't say it isn't ABBA, but in history ABBA has not been very accommodating around their IP. And that chopper is not that ABBA-esque, even though it is on one cover. It is not like Eddie for Maiden. It is just one chopper, and why would that chopper be so central? My take is MASH still, feels far fetched but a triage-multiball or Radar saying incoming wounded is kind of logic. The first alternative while googling is the batman chopper. That old batman that Stern did. But could be ABBA. Or something completely completely different. Where else are the Bell 47-choppers?
Take a chance, take a chance, take a chan chan chance.
Def Leppard for the win
Itās going to be a farming theme game. The helicopter is a crop duster.
I can't help but think of an Alternate pin for ABBA, and this awesome-looking mech; M.A.S.H. ! :) looks really cool. I like.
