At the end of October I reported here how Stern Pinball had begun loosening its policy that distributors could not advertised discounts on its games. At the time, the first three pinball machines that saw discounting were Led Zeppelin Pro and Premium and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Premium.
We are now beginning to see distributors advertised discounts on Stern Pinball's less expensive Home Edition machines, Jurassic Park Home Edition, Star Wars Home Edition and Star Wars Comic Home Edition. These games are listed for sale on Stern Pinball's website at $4,999, but a number of distributors show them in inventory and for sale from $3,599 to $3,300, a $1,400 to $1,699 discount.
